After more careful examination of this picture, I would like to know what he has written on his front.
From the look of the other naked guy..he has either got a big wang or something amusing drawn there..
I'm just amazed that the guy to the right is wearing a helmet but apparently nothing to keep his junk from being smeared by the pavement or mangled in the chain or spokes, should tragedy occur.
You are overestimating the size of his junk...but I understand your concern.
Who would organize a naked political bicycle rally? The Whited maybe?? Maybe not. He would need to write really small because he has to say it in 500 words or more.
