They're not all gone. The ones that go, usually better themselves in whatever arena they choose to improve. Whether it be personally or professionally a new start rekindles one's focus and regenerates the mind and spirit primarily because of the uncertainty and adventure of the new endeavor. These are good men and women who embark on such journeys and they leave a void in the situation they leave. Good men and women also stay put in a situation (personal, professional) for many reasons, but most all the reasons define them as tenacious, willful souls who never say die. Sadly long-suffering must sometimes be added as a descriptor. All good people.
For all the men and women who chose to go out and protect this country of ours, bless their souls and may God forever be gracious and loving.
I hope my Grandfather looks down upon us and is grateful for what he fought for.
I am sorry if I implied that there were no good men or women left, there are....Tenacious and long suffering alike.
Some of these come as great shocks....You would never ever think that they would leave their situation...They have seemed to grow comfortable in their roles. Looks dont always tell the whole story, do they?
No they don't. You can never ever judge a book by it's cover.
No Boobx, you cannot.
